Pink Door Cancer Spa is a donation-based non-profit skin and wellness spa for people who are currently going through cancer therapy.
Due to the harsh nature of chemo and radiation therapy, your skin is subjected to traumas like inflammation, hyper-pigmentation and rashes, making an incredibly
difficult experience even more challenging.
We provide spa services including oncology facials, oncology massage and specially formulated take-home products to help you look and feel beautiful, relax and give you peace of mind
one session at a time.
We are a donation-based 501(c)3 non-profit organization that is dedicated to providing women who are facing the ravages of cancer and cancer treatments with a soothing, caring touch and a safe place to relax and unwind. We are 100% donation based, meaning we provide massage & treatments to cancer patients free of charge.
Licensed Esthetician, Certified in Oncology Esthetics & in the skincare industry for 10 years. I educate for two companies - that’s my “day job”.
But what really matters is that I lost my dad and best friend to cancer.
I got the news about my dad when I was selling skin care commercially. I dropped everything. While he was in the hospital, all I wanted to do was just make him feel better.
When he passed, I decided I needed a change so I decided to go to school.I heard about a salon in Arizona that cut wigs and did haircuts for cancer patients and got involved. There, I was introduced to oncology esthetics and saw the need for it. So I got certified and together with my mentor, we began to work with cancer patients.
Then my best friend got sick.
I got all my stuff together and went
to hospital to give her a facial.
She was beaming just to have me wash and massage her face.
The nurse walked in while I was cleansing her skin, and I thought the nurse would get mad
But she was so excited that she pulled the bed out to give her a full facial massage.
This just reiterated this was the direction I wanted to go.
I started making plans for my spa and just before she died, my best friend told me she knew I would make it happen.
After she passed, I formed a non profit because I saw how cancer ravages patients' finances.
Neither my dad nor my best friend would have been able to afford a facial
That’s why I work on donation basis only.
We offer a variety of skin and body services to help anyone dealing with the effects of cancer and its treatments.
We work on a donation basis only and will never turn away anyone undergoing radiation or chemotherapy.
